Therapy Fees & Working Together
This page outlines how individual and group therapy are structured, along with standard fees and payment information.
Consultation (Optional):
Some clients choose to begin with a consultation, while others start therapy directly.
30-minute consultation: $75
This is a structured, clinically informed conversation to clarify goals, fit, and readiness.
The consultation is not ongoing therapy or a crisis service.
If you move forward with therapy, the consultation fee is applied to your first session.
Consultations are optional.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions are offered in a private-pay setting and are focused on attachment-informed, nervous-system-aware work.
Individual therapy is offered for adults and, in select cases, includes premarital counseling or attachment-informed family work related to boundary repair, estrangement, or relational transitions.
Session length: 50–55 minutes
Standard fee:$350 per session
Payment: Due at the time of service
A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available and considered on a case-by-case basis.
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a supportive and more accessible way to work with attachment patterns in community.
Groups for new clients: $125 per session
Active individual therapy clients: $95 per session
Group availability and focus vary throughout the year.
Payment & Insurance
This practice is private pay.
Credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA accepted
I do not work directly with insurance providers
Many clients use out-of-network benefits for reimbursement. I partner with Mentaya, a service that manages superbill submission and insurance follow-up on your behalf.
You can learn more about Mentaya and check your coverage here.
What This Investment Reflects
Therapy is more than time spent in session. It reflects clinical training, preparation, ethical responsibility, and the capacity to work deeply with attachment patterns, trauma, and relational systems.
The goal of this work is not symptom management alone, but meaningful, lasting change.
