Ways to Work Together

Attachment-informed therapist Miranda Campbell, LCSW, offering individual therapy for adults

I offer Spirit-led, faith-integrated attachment therapy for adults ready to do the deeper work — on their relationships, their wounds, their faith life, and their sense of self.

This work is structured, relational, and grounded in nervous system awareness. It's designed for people who want more than insight. Who want something to actually shift.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is for adults navigating patterns that show up in relationships, leadership, faith, family systems, and life transitions.

My approach focuses on:

  • Attachment patterns and how they shape every relationship you enter

  • Spiritual wounds and the distance they create from God, yourself, and others

  • Grief, estrangement, and the losses that don't come with a funeral

  • Childhood trauma and its long reach into adult life

  • Shame, self-forgiveness, and the capacity to receive grace

  • Nervous system responses under stress, responsibility, and intimacy

Sessions are collaborative and paced intentionally, with attention to both insight and integration.

In select cases, individual therapy may include premarital counseling or attachment-informed family work related to boundary repair, estrangement, or relational transitions.

Consultation

Some clients prefer to begin with a consultation, while others start therapy directly.

A consultation is a 30-minute, structured conversation to clarify goals, fit, and readiness for therapy. It is not ongoing therapy or a crisis service.

Consultations are optional and available for those who want to be thoughtful about how they begin. Schedule a consultation

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Some clients choose to begin with a 30-minute consultation to clarify fit, goals, and readiness. Others prefer to start therapy directly. Both are valid ways to begin, and the choice is yours.

  • Yes. I offer online therapy for adults located in states where I'm licensed — GA, CT, DE, FL, ID, IL, MD, SC, and WV — in addition to in-person sessions in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

  • This work is best suited for adults who are ready to go beneath the surface — particularly those navigating attachment wounds, spiritual disconnection, grief, estrangement, childhood trauma, or the long-term effects of having to manage everything alone. Many clients come in as high-functioning and deeply capable, carrying something that their external life doesn't reflect. Faith is welcome in the room. So is complexity. My practice is fully affirming of LGBTQ+ identities.

  • I am a private-pay provider and do not work directly with insurance. Some clients use out-of-network benefits for reimbursement through Mentaya, which manages the submission process on their behalf.

  • No. You just have to be open. Faith is welcome in the room but never required. If you've been hurt by religion or a faith community, that belongs here too. My practice holds spiritual complexity without prescribing where you should land.
