Caregiver Support Group

A Group to Help Women Manage Emotional Exhaustion, Set Boundaries, and Reconnect with Themselves—Without Guilt

Caregiver Burnout is Real. You’re Not Failing—You’re Exhausted.

This group is for women who feel like they’re always holding it together—for everyone but themselves. Whether you’re caring for children, aging parents, clients, or your community, you’ve likely been praised for your strength and stretched far past your limits.

This space is being created for you. A place to unpack the quiet grief, chronic overwhelm, and emotional fatigue that comes with caregiving, while learning to care for yourself without guilt.

What We’ll Cover:

  • Emotional labor & invisible burdens

  • Resentment, grief, and boundary repair

  • Nervous system regulation for high-functioning burnout

  • The pull between loyalty and liberation

This space is especially supportive if:

  • You’re the “go-to” person in your family or workplace

  • You feel guilty even thinking about your own needs

  • You’ve noticed anxiety, mood changes, or resentment building

  • You’re grieving a version of your life where you weren’t always on call

  • You’re craving rest—but don’t know how to access it without feeling selfish

Whether you’re a parent, partner, therapist, teacher, or caretaker of any kind—if you’ve been carrying more than your share, this group is for you.

Group Format:

  • Location: In person, Atlanta (exact location provided upon registration)

  • Format: Drop-in friendly; schedule what works for you

  • Group Size: Limited to 3-6 participants

  • Cost: $125 per session

  • Led by: Miranda Campbell, LCSW – trauma therapist, author, and attachment expert

*Reduced-rate spots are available on a limited basis for those facing financial hardship. If you’d like to be considered, feel free to inquire during registration. These spots are offered with care and are typically time-limited to support access and sustainability.

Why This Format?

  • Flexibility for Real Life: Commit when you’re able—home emergencies, work flare-ups, or pregnancy fatigue won't stop you

  • Deepening Over Time: Consistent attendance helps build emotional trust, even if attendance varies

  • Safety + Support: Intimate group (3–6) ensures meaningful connections in every circle

How This Group Helps

Group therapy works differently than individual sessions—it offers something uniquely powerful:

  • Resonance – hearing someone say the thing you’ve been too afraid to name

  • Relational healing – practicing new ways of being in a safe, supportive group

  • Witnessing – being seen in your pain without needing to explain or justify it

This is not a space where you have to perform strength. It’s a space to rest inside your truth—and begin to relate to your caregiving roles with more ease, boundaries, and self-compassion.

You Don’t Have to Hold It All Anymore

A support group for women who are tired of being the strong one. Rest. Process. Reclaim your capacity—with others who get it.
