FAQs
-
This group is designed for high-functioning, emotionally-aware women navigating the grief of divorce, separation, or significant relationship loss. Whether your relationship ended last month or years ago, if you still feel stuck, isolated, or uncertain about what healing looks like, this space is for you.
-
Not at all. While many members are navigating divorce, this group also welcomes women processing the end of long-term relationships, co-parenting breakups, or situationships that had deep emotional impact. What matters is the weight of the grief—not the legal label.
-
Absolutely. Many women carry grief, guilt, and confusion after choosing to leave. You might be questioning your decision, wrestling with loneliness, or mourning the potential you hoped for. This group is a space for all those layers.
-
You’re welcome here. Many participants are navigating complex ongoing dynamics. We’ll talk about boundaries, emotional regulation, and how to heal even when you’re still “in it.”
-
Secure Circle is a closed, therapist-led therapy group with a clinical framework grounded in attachment theory and trauma recovery. It’s not a drop-in space or peer-led discussion. Each session is intentional and builds on the last to support long-term emotional growth.
-
Sessions include a mix of open sharing, structured prompts, and therapist-guided reflection. You’ll never be forced to speak, but you’ll be invited to show up as your full self. Some weeks we explore themes like identity shifts, anger, or reparenting your inner child. Other times, we simply hold space for the week’s emotional weight.
-
We meet biweekly on Thursdays for 75 minutes. The group is ongoing but closed. This means that once we begin, no new members are added, which helps build trust and consistency. Most participants commit to at least 8–10 sessions to experience meaningful change.
-
This group is a private-pay offering at $125/session. While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide superbills upon request for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement. Be sure to check with your insurance provider about your mental health benefits.
-
Click here to request a brief consult. We’ll connect to see if the group is a good fit and answer any remaining questions. Once confirmed, you’ll receive next steps to officially join the circle.
